Haven’t been here in years since my kids were small. Thought I would just drop by and see. Place is empty. This place used to to be busy in the mornings. Bagels don’t look fresh. Wonder if they still make their bagels. The place looks run down and not so clean looking. What happened to this place? Woman in store is not to friendly. Worst of all the coffee was awful! Vibe just tells you we don’t really care. Great memories of me getting coffee and bagels before dropping kids off. So disappointed. Not coming back. Stopping by Tim Hortons, my go to coffee. Don’t recommend.

Ordered Too Good To Go for one dozen bagels. The woman said I didn’t pay and would not give me my order. I showed the email stating the order was completed but still refused. 15 minutes later I received a completed email for the order showing payment. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. Clueless

Edit: owner is claiming I did not order from their bakery. LOL. I literally watched the DD driver drive to my house from your location on Rochester road! I live less than 1.5 miles away and thought I’d treat myself with some bagels. How rude! I should’ve read Google reviews before ordering! I ordered $35 worth of bagels this morning at 7am from DoorDash and I am beyond disappointed. I ordered the bakers dozen with cream cheese and the Santa Fe Trail with a jalapeño bagel. First of all, I ordered a variety of bagels and half of them were plain! I was also giving a sesame one, which i did not order, cannot eat, and it’s cross contamination! I will be reporting this to the health department! Actually insane. Also, the Santa Fe Trail did not come with sausage like the description said on DoorDash and it came on a plain bagel. Overall, I only at the Santa Fe Trail and had to throw out the rest. The sandwich was disgustingly bad. It was hard iceberg lettuce, rotten tasting tomato, and eggs. Needless to say I did not finish it and my day has been ruined. I cannot believe I paid $35 for plain bagels today. What a rip off! First and last time here. I do NOT recommend!

The bagels were not that flavorful at all. They were also tough and tasted like they may have been a day or two old. It was really hard to get to the cream cheese and salmon as the server put way too much onion and lettuce on this thing. The mood in there was as if we were bothering her to be waited on and it wasn’t busy at the moment. My daughter was told she could only have drip coffee when she wanted a custom drink that the menu said was available. The cashier repeated it over to her “only drip coffee” multiple times in what seemed to shut her up. We heard two delivery drivers be told they didn’t had what the customer had ordered along with walk in customers being told they were out of this and that. Not the experience we had hoped for but we ate and left quickly.

Wanted to find a small shop with breakfast bagels since our usual place is far away now, this didn’t disappoint! Delicious garlic bagel with a generous amount of egg and good bacon. Also employee was very nice and efficient being by themselves. Cannot speak to lunch sandwiches though.
